1. Service Provision
Sandrah LLC provides virtual coaching, healing modalities and services to clients from any location. Please note that coaching is not a medical service and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from healthcare professionals.

2. Confidentiality Policy
Confidentiality is a fundamental part of the coaching relationship. It underpins the client’s sense of safety and trust. Sandrah LLC holds all records securely and ensures confidentiality in the handling of any client information.

Information Handling

All information recorded and held is solely for the purpose of maintaining effective coaching.

Information will be kept confidential unless both the client and the coach agree to share it with a third party. When appropriate, a consent form will be used to document this agreement.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be broken under the following circumstances:
If the coach believes the client’s life is at risk.
If another person’s life is at risk.
If the coach is required to disclose information due to legal obligations, including civil or criminal court proceedings.

4. Cancellation and Missed Session Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:
Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.
Alternative Appointments: Where possible, with adequate notice, an alternative appointment may be offered.
Sandrah, LLC will provide as much advance notice as possible if a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled by the coach due to holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Medical Disclaimer
Coaching services provided by Sandrah, LLC are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. It is strongly advised if you have concerns about your physical or mental health.
