An Enneagram Upleveling Session is a personalized 1.5-hour one-on-one meeting designed to deepen your understanding and application of your Enneagram core type. Typically held 2-4 weeks after your initial typing session, this session provides an opportunity to reflect on your learning, review your levels of development survey, and explore your type's Core Dynamics. You'll trace your type's journey from its highest expressions down through average and unhealthy levels of disintegration, gaining insight into your personal growth patterns. The session culminates in setting individualized intentions for your ongoing development journey, empowering you to consciously cultivate healthier expressions of your type.
